At KBX Co., Ltd., we handle the baggage that we have received from our customers with great care. However, damage may occur due to shaking during delivery. In that case, please note that we will be exempt from liability for the following damages.
An example of damage
Damage to hand luggage such as handles and casters due to overweight or overcapacity
Damage caused by defects that are specific to baggage such as aging
Missing accessories such as removable casters, straps, hooks, name tags, belts, etc.
Minor damage (scratches, cuts, dents, stains, etc.)
